Jesus was raised from the dead to save me
2 Timothy 2:8-9 (NKJV) Remember that Jesus Christ, of the seed of David, was raised from the dead according to my gospel, for which I suffer trouble as an evildoer, even to the point of chains; but the word of God is not chained.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome is Your Gospel, Your Word, that shouts Your love for us and that Jesus was raised from the dead to save us!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"I was raised from the dead to save you and that was the entire purpose of My life, death, and resurrection for the full forgiveness of all your sin and the sin of everyone who has or will live if they will accept Me as their Lord and Savior! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, telling all who will listen this amazing Truth that I was raised from the dead so that they, too, can accept Me as their Lord and Savior and be saved and spend all eternity with Me and all believers!"
