People who say Jesus was a good man today
Luke 19:41-42 (NKJV) Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it, saying, “If you had known, even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how amazing is this scene of Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey to the cheers of the people who did not recognize He was the Savior of the world and would soon shout to crucify Jesus!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"People who say I was a good man today but refuse to say I am the Savior of the world are like many of the people who cheered for Me as I entered Jerusalem and would soon shout to crucify Me. Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, being bold in proclaiming Me as Lord and Savior, knowing some will accept Me as the Savior of the world and be saved, and at times some will say I was a good man but refuse to believe I am God."
