Bringing every thought into captivity to Jesus' obedience
2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (NKJV) For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome that the weapons of our warfare are mighty in You, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Bringing every thought into captivity to My obedience is the key weapon of your warfare against the defeated evil one whose main tactic is to try to make believers question what I said, as he first did with Adam and Eve in the garden. Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, bringing every thought into captivity to My obedience, using My Word, the Bible, to inform and empower you to do My work in being a bold witness for Me by the Power of the Holy Spirit in you as a witness to the lost and encouragement to other believers!"
