Letting my speech always be with grace
Colossians 4:5-6 (NKJV) Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, help me to walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, letting my speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that I may be an effective witness to the lost!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Letting your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, is an effective and powerful way to communicate My gospel to the lost and is a good description of how Clarence shared with you, which led to you going to the Bible study with him where you met Me and were saved! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, looking for ways to connect with people, letting your speech always be with grace, season with salt, being a witness to the lost and an encouragement to other believers as you do so!"
