Serving others as Jesus did
John 13:14-15 (NKJV) If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, help me to do what Jesus did and said we should do in serving others as He did!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Serving others as I did is truly a work of Holy Spirit in you and in all believers and will both draw some people to Me and anger those who will never turn to Me. Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, looking for ways you can serve others as I did, doing so out of love for Me and surprising yourself when you see Holy Spirit work in you as a witness to the lost and an encouragement to other believers!"
