Jesus suffered, died and rose again for our salvation
John 19:36-37 (NKJV) For these things were done that the Scripture should be fulfilled, “Not one of His bones shall be broken.” And again another Scripture says, “They shall look on Him whom they pierced.”
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awful was the torture and death that Jesus endured to save us as the Scripture foretold.
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"I suffered, died and rose again for your salvation and for the salvation of all who accept Me as Lord and Savior for the complete forgiveness of all their sin! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, living life with joy and peace, helping others accept Me as Lord and Savior by telling them that I suffered, died and rose again for their salvation so they, too, can spend all eternity with Father God, Holy Spirit, Me and all believers!"
