Rejoicing in Jesus as I read the Bible
Philippians 3:1 (NKJV) Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. For me to write the same things to you is not tedious, but for you it is safe.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome to rejoice in You, Jesus and Holy Spirit, as I read Your Word, the Bible, as people like Paul, who have encountered You and Jesus personally, give us Your wisdom as You have revealed it to to Paul and all Bible writers!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Rejoicing in Me as you read the Bible is the result of you being born again through Me, having encountered Me at the Bible study Clarence took you to, and continually since you were saved with many dramatic encounters as you gather with other believers to worship Me! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, continually experiencing My presence by Holy Spirit in you, both on a continual basis and also in dramatic encounters with Me!"
