Receiving power from the Holy Spirit
Acts 1:9 (NKJV) Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome as the risen Jesus ascended into heaven after telling the disciples that they shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon them! Thank you for Holy Spirit giving power to all believers who ask for this!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Receiving power from the Holy Spirit is available to all believers who ask for this by yielding totally to Me, as you did in 1984 at the first Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship breakfast that Clarence invited you to! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, gathering with other Spirit-filled men who also have received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, encouraging other believers to also yield totally to Me and ask for the power of the Holy Spirit as I said all believers could have right before I ascended into heaven!"
