Hearing Holy Spirit speak to commission believers
Acts 13:2-3 (NKJV) As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” 3 Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome as the church in Antioch ministered to You and fasted and prayed and the Holy Spirit spoke to commission Barnabas and Saul for the work He had called them to do!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Hearing Holy Spirit speak to commission believers in the work that I have called them to do happens when Spirit-filled believers are allowed to work in My Supernatural Signs and Wonders through prophecy, words of knowledge, tongues, interpretation, all of which is rare in the western church today. Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, being bold in operating in all the gifts of Holy Spirit in you, gathering with other Spirit-filled believers who are free to do so, hearing the Holy Spirit commission believers for the unique work He calls them to, as in this chapter of Acts!"
