Being ready for Jesus' second coming
Mark 13:35-36 (NKJV) Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning— lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome as Jesus tells Peter, James, John, and Andrew about the end times and of His second coming!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Being ready for My second coming is simply serving Me and telling others about Me so they can be saved by accepting Me as their Lord and Savior, and growing in your love for Me as you do so! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, enjoying your constant fellowship with Me in all you say, think and do, proclaiming Me as Lord and Savior and being a witness to the lost and an encouragement to other believers as you do so!"
