Witnessing to those who persecuted Jesus
John 2:21-22 (NKJV) But He was speaking of the temple of His body. Therefore, when He had risen from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this to them; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had said.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome that Jesus foretells His resurrection from the dead in three days to the Jews who then believed in Him when He was raised from the dead!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Witnessing to those who persecuted Me was easy because of their focus and attention on Me in doing their persecution! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, being encouraged when you meet people who seem to ridicule who I said I was, the Savior of the world, asking them questions about what they do believe, winning many to be saved by Me as a result as you, too, witness to those who persecute Me!"
