Jesus paid the full price for all sin
John 19:1-2 (NKJV) So then Pilate took Jesus and scourged Him. And the soldiers twisted a crown of thorns and put it on His head, and they put on Him a purple robe.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how amazing that Jesus went through this torture and ridicule and then was crucified so that all my sin, and the sin of all people, would be paid for by Jesus!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"I paid the full price for all sin by the torture and death I went through so that you, and all believers, would spend all eternity with Father God and Me in heaven! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, always in awe and wonder of the price I was willing to pay to save you and all who receive the gift of salvation, looking forward to spending all eternity with Father God, Me, and all who, like you, have accepted Me as their Lord and Savior!"
