Holy Spirit gives me power to witness for Jesus
Acts 1:8 (NKJV) But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome that the risen Jesus says this to the disciples, and to all believers since then, that we receive power to witness in all the world when the Holy Spirit has come upon us!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Holy Spirit gives you power to witness for Me and asking that the Holy Spirit comes upon you is what every believer should pray for after they are born again! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, operating in all of the gifts of Holy Spirit in you, encouraging all believers to be baptized in the Holy Spirit, as you were in 1984, so that Holy Spirit can come upon them so they also can be a powerful witness for Me by the Power of Holy Spirit in them!"
