Receiving the Holy Spirit after being saved
Acts 8:14-15 (NKJV) Now when the apostles who were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent Peter and John to them, who, when they had come down, prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome that Peter and John went to the new believers in Samaria to pray for them to receive the Holy Spirit!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Receiving the Holy Spirit after being saved is essential for revival to break out and should be prayed for for every believer who has not yet received the Holy Spirit and is not operating in the Supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, gathering with other Spirit-filled believers to pray for other believers who have not been specifically prayed for to receive the Holy Spirit after they were saved, helping spark revival when the Holy Spirit is empowered to work in and through them!"
