Salvation is by Grace alone
Acts 15:10-11a (NKJV) Now therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome that Peter rose up and spoke to the apostles and elders who had come together to put requirements on salvation and Peter stated clearly that it is by Your Grace alone that we are saved!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Salvation is by Grace alone, through faith alone, in Me alone, and the defeated evil one is constantly working to blur this Truth and make people think they have to do something to earn their salvation. Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, rejoicing in, and proclaiming clearly, that people can be saved only by accepting Me as their Lord and Savior for the complete forgiveness of all their sins and good works flow naturally from someone saved but are never requirements for someone to get saved and stay saved."
