Holding each other accountable to live holy lives
1 Corinthians 5:12-13 (NKJV) For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, help us to confront believers who are openly sinning so they will repent and stop doing this.
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Holding each other accountable to live holy lives is an important thing for believers to do and yet also be welcoming to the lost who will likely be doing something they need to repent of. Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, being closely connected with a small group of believing men who can be open with each other, holding each other accountable to live holy lives as a witness to the lost and an encouragement to other believers!"
