Encouraging other believers in their walk with Jesus
Philemon 1:4-5 (NKJV) I thank my God, making mention of you always in my prayers, hearing of your love and faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how wonderful is Paul praying for and encouraging Philemon from jail!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Encouraging other believers in their walk with Me is a powerful way to help them be bold in serving and witnessing for Me, especially as Paul did from jail where he had been placed because of his witness for Me! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, encouraging other believers in their walk with Me as you do with these devotionals, being a witness to the lost and an encouragement to other believers as you do so!"
