Jesus becoming like us
Hebrews 2:17 (NKJV) Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome that Jesus, Your Only Begotten Son, was made like us, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest to make propitiation for the sins of all people!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Me becoming like you that I might be a merciful and faithful High Priest to make propitiation for your sins and the sins of all people is a universe-shaking thing that is awesome beyond human comprehension and shouts Father God‘s great love for you and for all people! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, boldly and lovingly sharing Father God’s wonderful Plan of Salvation so that all who accept Me as their Lord and Savior will spend all eternity with Father God, Me, Holy Spirit, and all believers!"
