Jesus gave up His earthly life for us
Luke 23:46-47a (NKJV) And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, “Father, ‘into Your hands I commit My spirit.’ ” Having said this, He breathed His last. So when the centurion saw what had happened, he glorified God,
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome as Jesus cries out with a loud voice to You, committing His Spirit into Your hands, and then breathed His last.
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"I gave up My earthly life committing My Spirit into Father God‘s hands and then breathed My last for the complete redemption of all the sin of all mankind! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, glorying in the Truth that, as a result of this, you are My righteousness since you accepted Me as your Lord and Savior in 1980 and letting others know that they, too, can be saved by Me if they also will accept Me as their Lord and Savior, made possible when I gave up My earthly life for the forgiveness of all sin!"
