Hearing and following Holy Spirit's directions
Acts 16:6 (NKJV) Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome as Paul, Silas, and Timothy heard from, and followed, the direction of the Holy Spirit who told them where to preach and where not to preach!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Hearing and following Holy Spirit‘s direction is key to being most effective in serving Me and sometimes means not to preach My Word as Holy Spirit directs! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, connecting with other Spirit-filled believers hungry to hear Holy Spirit speak to them and to operate in all the gifts of the Holy Spirit, hearing and following Holy Spirit’s directions to be most effective in serving Me, which sometimes may seem unusual, like being told not to preach My word to some people!"
