Bearing the image of Jesus
1 Corinthians 15:49 (NKJV) And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome that I, and all who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, will one day bear the image of the risen Jesus!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Bearing the image of Me begins when you are born again and reaches its fullness when you enter eternity with Me! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, rejoicing in the Truth that I made you the righteousness of Father God when I saved you in 1980, bearing My image with the new heart I gave you, looking forward to when you will enter eternity and fully bear My image for all eternity!"
