Jesus is the light of the world
John 9:5-6 (NKJV) As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” When He had said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome that Jesus clearly states that He is the light of the world and then anoints the eyes of the blind man with clay made with His saliva so the blind man will see!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"I am the light of the world and all people are spiritually blind until they let Me open their eyes spiritually when they accept Me as their Lord and Savior! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, helping others see their spiritual blindness and then opening their eyes when you walk them through My Plan of Salvation and they accept Me as their Lord and Savior as you did in 1980!"
