Answering questions with questions
Luke 20:3-4 (NKJV) But He answered and said to them, “I also will ask you one thing, and answer Me: The baptism of John—was it from heaven or from men?”
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, how awesome as Jesus answers the chief priests, scribes, and elders, when they ask Him by what authority He was doing what He was doing, with a question!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Answering questions with questions is a great way to help people think about what they believe and to also prevent them from falsely accusing you of something. Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, looking for ways to help people come to know Me as their Lord and Savior by letting Holy Spirit help you answer their questions with questions about what they believe about Me, which can help them see their errors and be saved!"
