Marriage is a sacred bond
1 Corinthians 7:10-11 (NKJV) Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: A wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife.
Dear Wonderful, Teaching, Loving, Saving Father God, thank You for Paul clearly stating the sanctity of marriage and that it is for life!
Jesus speaking to my heart, I believe:
"Marriage is a sacred bond that should be for life and is a witness for Me when it is the wonderful bonding of husband and wife that Paul describes! Rejoice in Me in all you say, think and do, rejoicing in your wonderful marriage to Nan that became all I intended for marriage to be when you and Nan accepted Me as your Lord and Savior, helping other couples to see that marriage is a sacred bond that is a witness for Me when a husband and wife are saved and put Me at the center of their lives and their marriage!"
